I had custom orthotics made by a doctors office that cost around $575. When I wanted to get more, they said I need a "visit" ($750) and then order another pair ($575). That was when I went looking for alternatives. I found Bilt Labs and have been incredibly impressed with the results. They use the exact same impression box the doctors office used, but offer three different versions (comfy, everyday, sport) orthotics. AND - reordering is super easy. Best part - price ends up being less than 1/4 what I would have paid for a single pair each time.

These folks are the real deal. After several weeks it became apparent that I need a little extra support from my insoles and they made the change without issue. Customer service and support is 110% which is hard to find these days! I’ve ordered more since then!

I would like to mention Justin and Laura from the team that helped me. They answered my questions and asked great questions on how my orthotics fit. From that, they made some tweaks and sent me a final product I am so happy with.
