Bill Labs actually cares about getting your orthotics right, meeting your needs and answering questions. I wish every company was like Bilt Labs. What a more awesome country we would be. I chose the active inserts, was immediately pleased with how stable my stance was and is and how comfortable they are. At home I put the orthotics in my house shoes. I have leg length discrepancy so they built up one of the orthotics and now I don’t limp so much. If your feet tilt out or in Bilt Labs will address that too. Honest it was worth every penny. I took advantage of the Memorial Day sale and this veteran bought a second pair. Great experience, very pleased customer.

I admit I was skeptical because I'd be making the cast myself and afraid I'd mess up. I did fine -- read the instructions and follow them. I ordered a 3/4 length and have loved my first pair which I've worn daily in a number of different shoes. I think they are as good as anything made for me at a higher price. (I've had custom orthotics for more than a decade.) How do I know? I'm very active and my feet complain when they're not properly aligned and cushioned. I just ordered a second pair; I had wanted to see how I did with the first pair. Now I'm getting my second so I can rotate them in/out of my shoes. I don't go anywhere without them.

This is my fourth orthotics insoles. These soles have helped me in my long work shifts, running a busy restaurant, without any issues on my feet and/ or back. I recommend them to everyone that is in need of one

i have been using orthotics for 40+ years. The orthotics that I have been getting from Bilt Labs are by far the best. There service is great and there product is extremely well made and holds up well. I have just ordered my 5th Pair.

Bought my husband an every day pair because he works long days on hai feet. He wore them almost every day for a year until they fell apart. We are back for more because they took away all his foot pain for a fair price!

Very easy process. Great orthotics. I use them to alleviate my plantar fasciitis. The results to date are great. My heel pain has significantly diminished. I have purchased a total of five pairs . I will definitely use them again if necessary. My only recommendation is that select FedEx or UPS, as USPS is a little slow.
