Hard to contact
EDIT: While it was difficult to get into contact with this company initially, they have satisfactorily responded to my needs and helped me exchange, and eventually return my shoe when I decided it wasn't the right fit. I still think they should have a customer service phone number you can call. Company has no way to contact them about a return. I tried the customer service email listed on their website multiple times, with all the necessary details. All I got was an automatic reply saying they'd get back to me. I bought a shoe a half size too big and just needed an exchange. Now I'm outside 30 days, with no reply. I wrote them 2 days after receiving my product.
