UrbanheerReviews of urbanheer.com

They are scammers. I ordered an Emporio Armani bag to Sarasota, FL, and they provided a fake DHL tracking number that was delivered to their own address in Washington. Do not buy here, it's a fraud." UPDATE (OCTOBER 2026): After posting this review, UrbanHeer quickly contacted me via phone and WhatsApp promising a solution. They provided a new UPS tracking number (1Z7586VA0393167...), claiming they were reshipping the item. However, it was just another scam tactic. The tracking has been frozen for days on "Label Created / Date Pending." They never actually handed the package to UPS. They only created a ghost label to manipulate me into dropping my bank dispute and deleting this review. Fortunately, Capital One is already protecting my money. Do not fall for their promises; they are professional scammers.

Buyer beware. My order has been stuck on "order confirmed" for two weeks. I have called and sent messages for a status update with no response.

I placed an order in June, I got a confirmation email with a delivery date and address. I wasn’t told until days after the delivery date that the items I ordered were actually pre ordered and wouldn’t be shipped until mid-end of July. There was nothing on their website stating it was pre order items. It is now almost the end of August and there is no update on my order and customer service doesn’t respond.

Do NOT buy from Urbanheer. I placed an order on Jul. 1, received a confirmation, and three weeks later, my order still hasn't even shipped. It is now more than a week past the promised delivery date, and the company has completely vanished. I have repeatedly tried reaching out through both emails and phone calls, only to be met with total radio silence. Taking customers' money and refusing to ship products or answer basic support channels is completely unacceptable. Save yourself the money, time, and massive headache. SHOP SOMEHWHERE ELSE — Update: Only after they saw this review, a guy from urbanheer called me and finally decided to send me my package (which they should have a month ago). Guess what. After another two weeks of waiting, I get the wrong order delivered. I won’t say this twice: NEVER BUY FROM URBANHEER. THEY ARE TERRIBLE AT CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT, SUPER LATE SHIPPING (ONLY AFTER A NEGATIVE REVIEW THEY WILL RESPOND), AND ADMITTED TO HAVE “INTERNAL ISSUES” THAT CAUSE ALL THE DELAYS. Did I also mention it’s my second time buying from them. They gave me a $20 coupon to make up for the first time they messed up. And wow, did they prove me wrong. An even worse situation/management after they promised this won’t happen again.

Not a good experience. Not sure why they have so many good reviews, when they haven’t shipped my order in 2 weeks and haven’t been responding to emails. Also have different emails listed on social media accounts. Almost as if social is more important than customer care. Probably gonna dispute the purchase.

I ordered the sweater and my credit card was charged immediately. Two months later, I still never received the sweater. Complaint was served with my credit card company for refund.

I placed an order for an emerald green dress January 6 it is now January 10 and my order hasn’t even been confirmed even though I paid for the one to two day shipping. I’ve contacted their email address multiple times and I have been ignored with no response. They have no phone number and they will say they reached out multiple times, but they have not. I don’t know what kind of scam you’re pulling, but this does not look good for your company..

Placed an order for a pair of jeans as a Christmas gift in November. Item did not ship for weeks, tried chasing them to find out when it would ship but just got blown off. Finally, more than two weeks after the order was placed and 10 days before Christmas, they cancelled the order saying they were unable to fulfill it. The website says it was a "high risk order" - the same item is for sale on many sites, including Amazon!!!! I would never order from this site again, they are unable to fulfill even basic orders and will wait weeks to let you know.
