I purchased Upstep...and just had a basic question and sent an email. They got back to me immediately and it was clear it was not a bot...if it was it was certainly a good one. I am wearing them..and cannot figure out if my back feels better or is this my imagination....in any case I am going to buy another pair and simply adjust to a better feeling back..
