This is for my initial inquiry into Upstep: I have not bought the product yet. If Daisy were a bot (she said she wasn't), she was so good that we are doomed. I choose to believe her assurances that she was human, though it is amazing that they have enough human staff to volunteer assistance so quickly. Prompt and helpful and most importantly, not pushy.
