It's been about a month and a half. Haven't had much relief from wearing the insoles. Bought two pairs. They seem to be made of good quality I just don't feel they've really been a big improvement. Feet still hurt. Contacted upstep and they kind of blow you off tell you to not wear them as much. They need to be broken in? We'll see how the refund part goes Don't have a lot of faith.

Great customer service. I like the insole quality but my fit is a little off.. probably user error. Other than that good product

I have a flat arch on one foot due to a football injury. I have pain in the area after extended periods of walking/standing, which is greatly improved by an orthodic. I have found UPSTEP's orthodic to be just as effective as the custom orthodic created by my podiatrist - but obviously at a much lower cost. This cost savings allows me to leave orthodics in several different shoes and avoid the hassle of constantly switching from shoe to shoe.

They are okay. I expected more, especially because they cost so much. My right one feels great, but my left one is painful and pushes my foot towards the outside. I just stopped wearing them. Too late to get a refund.

This is the best move I have made for my feet and back for the price tag!! I am on my feet most of the day and feeling no pain. I need to know if there is a discount for being a life long membership. Highly recommended!!

My insoles are sitting in the closest as they were the most uncomfortable things I'd ever tried. I had to go back to the other my podiatrist recommended that have changeable lifts. Over priced.

These orthotics are wonderful. This is the first online company where I have found that makes them correct. I will buy again in the future.
