This company is a scam! Had to contact company after took over 2.5 months to even to receive orthodox - when they finally did they arrived in a mangled box. Situation has not resolved - no offer of a discount or even a simple apology. Instead customer service rep Shahar Rozen, was belittling, arrogant and unsympathetic. Their aggressive promises and testimonies are false. They’ll take your money, time and add to your foot pain.

I should have read all of the reviews before I purchased these inserts. I have been waiting for 3 weeks to hear from Upstep. I have paid for these inserts but have not received them. Customer service does not respond to my inquiries. Please everyone do not use this company!!

Ordered orthotics on September 10. Today is October 20th. Still nothing. When you call no one will take your call. You leave a message no one calls you back. Send an email.. no response. I am so put out !!

Upstep has great customer service and they tried to make things right. But unfortunately, I couldn’t find a fit for myself (after two tries) and missed my window for the 100% guarantee.

I placed an order and received bad insoles and they sent me a return box sent them back and it’s been 6 weeks and have been following up no customer service and all they send is a tracking from 1 month ago and it was never delivered beware they ship from overseas. Terrible company
