Real orthotics need a laser scan of the foot (as I found out when we bought these and they didn’t work)

Loved the arch support these provided. Unfortunately due to unsuccessful foot surgery, I have a large callous on the ball of my foot and these orthotics did not relieve the pain I experience. Would definitely recommend these for good arch support!

Have good experience with my Upsteps. 2 long dogwalk’s daily on concrete and I wear them in all of my shoes. Also help my arthritic right hip. When my feet are aligned my hip feels much better.

It took 2 tries, but Upstep was able to deliver orthotics with good support. Their service was fast and they listened to what I needed. I wear them every day.

I have just ordered another two pairs of these inserts. They really work well to alleviate foot pain and allow me to walk, work in the yard and do any other activity I chose. Feet are happy, I am happy with the custom fitted upstep inserts!👍

I play tennis and relatively active. The Upstep insoles have relieved pain, allowed me to play longer, and even begin to walk around the house barefoot. Great solution

My experience with Upsteps is perfect! I've had insoles in the past, and I had to buy shoes in size and half my size. With Upsteps I use shoes my size, and the insoles feel so natural, I forget they're there. I highly recommend!

This is the second pair that I’ve gotten from Upstep. Before ordering I had professional orthotics and paid $400 out-of-pocket for those. Upstep lasted way longer and held up better!! The first pair I got was a gift, and although I was skeptical at first, they proved to be worth it. Feet felt great. That pair I recently got I requested a new mold in the event my foot structure had changed, and again, I was super impressed. I would recommend to ANYONE looking for orthotics. Upstep streamlined it and created a better product.
