I love my new orthotics and often tell my friends about them. Really easy to order and the turnaround time was quick! As a person who has suffered back pain and endured 3 back surgeries, I know how important these can be.

High Performance Insoles
I have high arches and a Morton's Neuroma in one foot. Support and cushioning are essential for me to maintain my exercise regimen and go about daily life in comfort. These insoles are excellent, and customer service is great. Thank you!

I was worried about having to have…
I was worried about having to have surgery on my knee. I decided to try the Upstep to see if I could gain some relief. Well, it was better than expected! I am on my feet all day and walk over 13,000 steps! What a relief!!

Long wait… still no orthotics
I paid / ordered on Sept 14th. The molds came quickly, and I immediately ship them. On Oct 11 I get an email that says the orthotics are being made…. Now it’s Nov. 2 and I haven’t received anything! Their website clearly states it takes nine days to create process and ship the orthotics. When I emailed (after 3 weeks of waiting) they just said oh there’s a delay it could another 10-18 business days! I feel totally scammed. At this point I’m just hoping to get anything. So frustrating!!

Hello. Please know, first and foremost, we are a reputable company that experienced delays around that time. Unfortunately, this happens to all businesses at one time or another. Delays are now past us. A company that does not deliver a product is considered a scam. As you can see from the hundreds of amazing reviews regarding our actual product, the orthotics are delivered. We apologize again. We hope you can find it in your heart to forgive us when you feel how well your orthotics will benefit your lifestyle.

Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company. They are unresponsive and take forever to get your order to you. Everything is automated. You will not be able to speak with anyone. Buyer beware.

Orthotics don't fit, no customer service
Orthotics don't fit, no response from customer support on email or elsewhere. Stay away from this company.
