Cannot get photos of shoes back to Upstep. The app they sent does not work properly. I forwarded the images to customer support. Other than that they have grest.

On September 28, 2022 I purchased two pairs of custom orthotics for $258.00. I have not received the product that I purchased. Upstep has ignored my two voicemails by not returning my calls as promised in their phone recording prior to being able to leave a voicemail. Unless they deliver the product that I purchased within 7 days of this filing, they have stolen my money. I will be filing complaints about this matter with the FTC and attorney General of New York.

Purchased my first pair in August 2021. They were of equal quality to some I'd purchased from my podiatrist (who charged more), but I liked the Upsteps better, so I purchased a second pair. Only complaint is they squeek in my walking shoes so am buying two sports pair to see if that solves the problem.
