Upstep Stepped Up!!
Upstep had a nice virtual assistant that quickly linked me to a live person (Samantha Burks) for special attention when I asked for help. Samantha looked up my previous order and was able to use that to order (3) more orthotics. Then my (3) pairs qualified me for the Black Friday deal. Great overall experience and special deal. Bravo!

2 orders seem to have disappeared even though my credit card was charged
I ordered and received orthotics from Upstep in 2020. I tried to order in early September 2022 and again yesterday. I got charged in September but they had no record of my order. Again yesterday I got charged but they are saying they have no order for me since 2020. I have disputed the charges from September and forwarded the order # from yesterday to them. I like their orthotics but their ordering system seems to have issues.

I like that u use a standing mold not…
I like that u use a standing mold not sit down like my last molds that don’t work. But I don’t like that u never gave me option to choose where my pain actually is. The choices u had to choose from were in the wrong spots.

We have a field that enables all of our customers ordering the opportunity to write in their own words why they need orthotics, what they want out of a pair of orthotics, any discomfort, diagnosis, etc. There isn't a word limit. It really does provide for optimal customization. Based on this review, I think you may have missed it. We will review the website again and ensure this field is highly visible.
