I haven't received my custom orthotics yet, but so far the ordering experience has been smooth. I received the foam forms quickly and have sent them back. The company has also been very thorough with detailed questions about my foot issues. I have high hopes for the orthotics when I receive them.

It is not good business to offer an option (Apple Pay) that has not been properly debugged. However, an excellent customer service representative (Sean or Shawn, sp?) provided competent support and feedback as he promised.

I should not even give one star. I have been waiting over 2 months now and no word on when they are coming, so I am cancelling my order. They do not seem to care that people with bad foot pain cannot wait this amount of time. I found other solutions and cheaper.
