Tried to add a second set of inserts when re-ordering and you made me fill out a new order form including a photo when you already had all that information from my first order.

Hello- we apologize if there was a problem with the website or if you are not satisfied with our ordering system. We can never assume the orthotics are for the same person and we certainly can't assume there weren't any changes since you last ordered. It is important we learn more about you each time you order from us. Often, there is a new injury, weight loss, weight gain, or a new diagnosis. We need to stay very thorough to avoid any issues down the road. Thank you for returning to Upstep!

I ordered almost 5 months ago. I have not gotten it. They neglected to pay some import fees, so it’s stuck in Memphis. Never order from them.

The price was right. It took quite awhile, about 7-8 weeks to get the orthotics for my shoes, but I do have high arches and problems with my feet. I have only had them in my shoes for two days, so not enough experience with them yet. However, it was a noticeable improvement in comfort and stability. I believe these are much better than any store bought orthotics. That is why I ordered another pair.
