I sent several emails with addition information and pictures and asked that the information be included in my order and that I receive a reply to acknowledge receipt. I received prompt responses: first an automated response, and the following morning, personal replies by Mary in Customer Service.

Still waiting for insoles after molding completed and returned. No one answers customer service line. I am our $200 and will never use or recommend this company.
