Mary, my customer service agent was helpful and took time to explain the things I was concerned about. She assured me that every effort would be made to produce the best outcome from my new orthotics. She also said that the specific conditions I have with my feet that are causing me pain will be addressed in the orthotics. If additional information is needed, I was assured, the podiatrist would reach out to me to gather all the information he needs to make a good product for me. That's all I could ask for.
