So far the process has been easy. I’m hoping they last and are durable for a compete 154 game baseball schedule.

This organization is incompetent. They make promises they can’t keep and the left hand doesn’t know what the right is doing. Despite much advance notice to them, they have failed to deliver the product to me before I left the country. big disappointment.

Hi Dana, thank you for providing the new shipping address. When you placed the order on 11/25, we did not receive your impression kit back until 12/9. Our turnaround time is 24 business days, as stated on our website. It has been 20 business days, and your order is scheduled to ship to the new address you provided. We thank you for your patience! Safe travels!

I ordered an impression kit, mailed it back and hadn't gotten an update in a while. I reached out to customer service and turns out the impression kit was lost in the mail. Samantha from customer service was very helpful getting this resolved. She sent a replacement kit right away with expedited shipping so we can get it squared away as soon as possible. Customer service is one of the most important areas of a company - and Upstep nailed it.

I finally made the decision to give Upstep custom orthotics a chance after no success with other OTC orthotics and custom orthotics. The process or ordering and the 75% off sale was just to good to pass up. I spent $500 on my custom orthotics and they are way to painful to even try to run in. I am looking forward to giving my new Upsteps a chance to get me back into running long distances.

Thank you for taking advantage of all we offer! It really is our pleasure to serve you. Please remember, our orthotics require a 3-week break-in period. We will email you the instructions. Welcome to the Upstep family!
