Received a reply with only the letter ‘H’ ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Absolutely terrible customer service.

I ordered 3 orthotics, 2 everyday and 1 athletic hiking December 5 and received them all February 3rd. This was later than the estimated time. After using the orthotics for about a month I am very happy with the everyday orthotics. The hiking and athletic orthotics were causing some pain in one foot and slipping in the other. Upstep is remaking them at no cost. No problem with customer service doing the remake. I have used orthotics for an orthopedist and these are inline with the quality and the price is more affordable. I would recommend the everyday orthotics with the understanding it can take a long time to get your insoles and that the company will stand behind the product.

Haven’t gotten the inserts yet, been weeks since I sent them in. Want a refund or the j setts please.

It’s been 2 months and I still haven’t received anything. Every week it’s the same answer of “In 7 to 10 business days your order will ship”. Avoid this company and save yourself some headache. EDIT: I received a reply from this company where they state, It saddens us to know we are providing a fabulous price on custom orthotics from the comfort of your own home and because we will not rush and ruin the integrity of our product, we receive bad reviews about the wait." Don't blame the customer because said customer holds you accountable for the time frame that YOU chose. I chose orthotics that were supposed to be delivered in 24 business days AFTER you received the impression kit. I paid for those orthotics that I was promised. I didn't realize I was paying some jack wagon company to try to pin their problems on a customer. Here's a tissue since it saddens you so much, but it seems you're wiping your tears with hundred dollar bills that you are taking from unhappy customers.

After posting a negative review of UpStep here 2 weeks ago, they did reply to my review indicating they agreed to cancel my order. It took 2 weeks to get the credit on my card but they did follow through even though they had been sending me emails and texts for weeks indicating my insoles were almost finished. In the two weeks since they processed the cancellation I continue to get the canned messages via email and textsindicating the are experiencing high volume and it takes additional time to ensure I'm getting the best product. I don't even have an order any more and the customer service messages continue to be sent to me. That convinces me that this company is either a scam or is the worst run company. At least I got my money back. I went to a local podiatrist and had custom insoles made in 5 days at the same cost. I love them and will have them make me another pair. If anyone is experiencing the same delays and constant assurance they're working on your order, good luck. Hope you have a better experience than I had. I would never recommend this company. They had a slick advertising presentation online but can't deliver their product.

To receive the initial imprint package took a few days. I have still to receive the final product and it has been well over a month. In the meantime my plantar fasciitis has worsened

I have been waiting on my order for about two months. I have contacted Upstep and they have told me that my order will be sent out in 7-10 days. That was weeks ago. I also called and left a voicemail and never received a call back. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with this company and will NEVER recommend them to anybody. I want my orthotics that I PAID 200 DOLLARS FOR OR I WANT KY MONEY BACK!

Ordered 1/29/23 Still nothing. Increased demand due to Covid, they say. So bummed this is a scam website when people are coming here with hard earned money for pain relief. What. A. Shame.
