Upstep has redeemed themselves
I have a problem with my order I made n I knew it was a problem right away so I reached out within minutes of making the order n couldn’t chat online with anyone because there is no send button n couldn’t reach a live person via phone n get an email back telling oh sorry try it again! REALLY?! After this review upstep has redeemed themselves n I have much different view the company now a very positive view of them
