These are my first custom orthodics. I recently turned 60 and spend 60 hours a week in workboots standing on concrete. I have had these in my boots for 4 days and am ordering another pair. I now have a gate in my step that I haven't had in years. Do yourself a favor order 2 pair

Last year, I ordered custom orthotics and used the impression kit. The orthotics are great and have held up well. Today, I ordered a new pair of orthotics based on the original impressions, but at the end of my order, the web site says they are sending me a new impression kit, which was confusing. In reality, they are not sending a new impression kit but I had to contact customer support to confirm that.

Good experience. Was not happy that I was asked questions "after" my purchase. I have custom orthotics but did not have them with me at the time to photograph. Should warn people of more questions to follow.
