Where do I start?? First off, the insoles are great. On top of that, your customer service is THE BEST around. Samantha has been super responsive and had all the right answers for my situation. THANK YOU!

I was simply exploring the idea of getting additional orthotics for different activities that I'm involved in and it was very helpful to receive support from Samantha. She jumped into the chat and guided me in the right direction.

The company representative, I believe her name was Kasie, was fantastic to deal with. Extremely helpful, well trained and thorough. A great person to represent this company!

I was iffy on making this purchase, but Kirsten helped ease my apprehension.

Asked for a partial cancelation of my custom orthotics. I ordered one pair but after a while thought I should just get the one pair. I spoke to Samantha and she assured me she could go ahead and cancel the one pair. She did also mention the time line it takes to design and create the pair and that they were actually ahead of schedule and that I should receive them soon. I did let her know that yes I'd still like to cancel the second pair I just wanted to try them out first to see if I like them after that I'll order a second pair. She went ahead and canceled the second pair for me and let me know it'll take 7 days to process the refund which I understood.

I have a latex sensitivity and always need to check carefully to make sure shoes and clothing will be comfortable for me(contact with latex even through socks will give me intolerable rash). Customer service rep Mary was able to answer all my questions quickly, concisely and in full so I could make an educated decision about the product. I have had to just guess and hope with multiple other brands.
