after trying to purchase the product i was asked for an additional questionaire, which said i needed to answer the questions to finish purchasing the product, which eventually required me to provide pictures of my shoes to be able to move forward in the purchasing process. i didnt provide images, closed the window, and was still charged for the upstep products.
