Actually, I gave 5 stars because KASIE was very helpful. If I was to rate the ordering experience (especially if I hadn't had help) the score would have been lower because I found the site difficult to navigate. I am reordering because I think the orthotics are great and reasonably priced.

Despite the final product not being a good fit for me, I think Upstep is worth a punt if you are suffering from foot pain. The process is seamless and easy to follow. However, expect a two-month wait to receive your new insoles. Their customer service is top-notch, responsive, and friendly. I was really disappointed that my UpSteps didn't work for me but really appreciated that rep, Samantha, was willing to work with me on a potential solution. In the end, I opted to take advantage of the 180-day trial and receive a refund. This was issued with no problem.
