Good customer service and help
Samantha helped me order a new/different orthotic. She was very helpful, friendly and everything I expected. So far, the inserts I have seem to work fine, I just wanted a second pair for walking.

Didn’t like that they have went way up…
Didn’t like that they have went way up on their prices since last year. Hopefully it won’t take 2 months to get my order this time.

Excellent customer service and satisfaction guarantee. I was going to return for a refund but instead I chose the "free remake" option until they fit correctly. I could not ask for more. Kristen, supervisor was so service oriented and clearly explained all my options. I so appreciate it!

Where are my orthotics??
We sent back the impressions, and have not yet received the orthotics. WE must have them or will be forced to go elsewhere and get a refund. Your company does not want phone messages, but I have emailed 3 times. Not a company I'd like to work with again.
