Great customer service and product
I had a question and Kirsten Rizzo was great in getting an answer very quickly. Thank you Kirsten for your excellent customer service! Love my insoles. I have been pain free since using them 100% of the time.

Customer service is horrible
Customer service is horrible. I have called twice now to speak to someone before my orthopedics are made and I get a message asking me to leave a message and someone will call me back. But no one will call back instead they send me an email.

no actual warranty
rude customer service. will not honor warranty. they just try to 'make new ones' so they can keep your money.
