Shahar was very informative
Shahar was very informative. As I have very detailed questions (I've worn custom orthotics before & am very knowledgeable about the subject) regarding specific requirements I need fulfilled, Shahar provided me with their contact info & also offered to relay the questions internally. I've learned the production center for their orthotics is in Israel which is where they'll ship from. I have not ordered so I my review is only for my Chat experience.

You took my payment and then asked for…
You took my payment and then asked for a photo of my shoes which I didn’t have. By the time I could get it, I lost the page asking me for the photo. You should change the sequence of events in your checkout process.

I never received the forms to get my…
I never received the forms to get my inserts. Have waited almost a month and there has been zero communication. Terrible customer service in my opinion.

The website is not easy to use
The website is not easy to use. I ordered one pair for all-day wear and a second pair for everyday use. I still can't tell (after starting the process twice) whether I have what I wanted or two pair for all-day wear.

Before I took a chance on these…
Before I took a chance on these orthotics, I had one main question. Kasie in Customer Service answered the main question I had, quickly and simply. My wife and I may possibly purchase the orthotics with the Black Friday deal.
