Ordered 2 months ago and still no Upstep delivery.
I placed my order 10-30-23. Today is 12-22-23 and I still do not have my order. I requested my order be cancelled and a refund given and all I got was an email that said “it’s been shipped”. I have already placed an order with someone else did the same thing as Upstep and I already have my order. Beware when ordering.

Hello Michael, we believe you have this order for orthotics confused with another order you may have placed with a different company. Your order was placed with us on 10-31 but your impression kit was not received until 11-8, that said, our turnaround time is 35 business days. Your orthotics were shipped on 12-20. That was 34 business days and our turnaround time is 35 business days as stated on our website.
