Very helpful customer service
Very helpful customer service. I wasn't able to use the product but they were suepr easy to deal with and get my order refunded quickly.

I like the fact that you can give options to explain your foot pains with the choices to pick from. Also the option to upload photos of what shoes or boots you wear regularly with insoles for their diagnosis.

You asked for 5 pictures but we were only allowed to upload 4 pics. Otherwise I like the level of detail which was asked. Look forward to trying out the custom orthotics and hopefully keeping them.
