There needs to be option to just…expedite re-orders
There needs to be option to just reorder orthotics from your company rather than going through the process that new customers go through

Worth the money for what I do at work
The insoles I received are helping. Not sure I would need them if I wasn’t still working on concrete after 25+ years. But it’s a bit late to change careers. I give them four stars I because they didn’t arrive till early January. There really should have been an estimated delivery date to keep me from questioning if I had been defrauded over social media. In summary, they’re helping well enough I am pleased I bought two pair.

Asking Many questions about the type of shoes I wear just things like that to get their product custom just for me. Very easy to work with as well

Kristen was helpful in live chat
Kristen was helpful in live chat. I emailed the company about erroneous information regarding the expected delivery date of my new orthotics. I received an email reply that seemed generic and did not properly respond to my question. I reached out via live chat and exchanged messages with Kristin. She agreed that the ETA information on the website was erroneous and told me that she will notify their IT department. Additionally, and perhaps most importantly, she gave me real time information as to the actual expected ship date.
