Online purchase issues
I ran into problems when making my purchase. I was purchasing one pair and had my card info entered. Hit submit. Was asked if I wanted another pair for $99. I did and as I selected that pair and was filling out the information I was first told my car expired and then an site error occurred which I was not able to back out of. When I finally got back in I had nothing in my cart and my order had not gone through with I confirmed by emailing upstep. I had to walk through everything a 2nd time. When making the purchase and again asked about the 2nd pair this time the price was not mentioned anywhere. I went ahead with the purchase and it did come through as the $99. So now purchased and all is good, but was a bit frustrating along the way.
