I received a foot impression box with someone else’s name and size on it. I have emailed & phoned customer service for 2 days with no response. I need a response from customer service.

These were very easy to order. I was also allowed to explain what shoes I would be wearing with the insoles and what kind of flooring I am standing on all day. Just have to wait until my memory foam imprints come in the mail to get my insoles so I can send back my impressions. Very excited to try these insoles!
