Kirsten was super helpful They answered my questions and got me the information I needed.

Customer service reps were all very helpful. My only complaint is the fact that I had to take a picture of my sneakers and the current inserts I have been using and insert the photo into my order information. I am 76 years old and not as computer savvy as I should be. I am still working on completing this task. Hope to accomplish this task today.

I didn't like that the answers offered in the survey were so black and white. There wasn't any room for including additional info. It was either yes/no.

Mary was responsive, friendly and accommodating. She pushed slightly on her end to avoid a refund, which is understandable, but ultimately processed my request.

I am right in the middle of trying to get the correct orthotics for 2 pairs of shoes that I wear on a regular basis. So, I have to say that I am not the biggest fan of how Upstep communicates with the customer. (absolutely no phone support, poor confirmation standards when placing the order online). The methods and processes need improvement. As far a today's experience, and my experience overall with Mary, she has been very professional throughout the ordeal and I appreciate that, as it might be very easy for her to not be professional under these circumstances. For that I am thankful. Still hoping this all turns out, but the jury is still out on the entire experience.
