quick response and help. I am disappointed that she could not get me all the info I needed and I have to wait and return to the chat later to find my answer. It was not Mary's fault at all, I'm just frustrated that I placed an order and I didn't get any confirmation or order number. She said she could see the order was placed but that something went wrong and she didn't know what. but my credit card was charged too.

These orthotics do not reflect the quality you would expect for the price. In no way do they feel like they were custom made from the impression kit. There is little if any arch support and that is my main need. They also do not provide any cushion whatsoever. The canned responses from customer support are very frustrating. Instead of trying again, I’m opting for a refund. I have no confidence even with stating why they don’t work, that the next set will be any different.
