Muito bom gostei muito do monitor ele é demais

I had a question about the version of the Ucolor O2. They immediately responded in a way I am not used to. It was refreshing to get true friendly help, not the standard support go-around. The website could be a bit more helpful but they cleared up my questions quickly by responding very timely to my several concerns and I ended up changing my order because they helped me to understand that there was another version that better suited my interest. Usually support wants to get rid of you but insted here they wanted a conversation with me to help me get exactly what I wanted. How often does that happen? Not often!

The original screen i had was really great. super bright & clear. Unfortunately it froze or died a few years later and i reached out to the team and they were really on to it. Sent a video of the malfunction and was offered a replacement of the current version or choose a different one & pay the difference. lots of comms and nothing but easy for me - so i do really recommend Uperfect :)

My question wasn't hard to answer but the response time was impeccable. That alone strengthened my trust in the brand and its products, which I'll continue purchasing. Thank you Stella and Uperfect!

UPerfect has a good selection of products for this portable monitor market. The prices are very competitive and the products seem to be good quality. I had to deal with the sales support and got a good response in a reasonable time. Good experience with them so far, given they are an overseas company serving the European market.

I purchased two Uperfect UGame C2 Pro (M160T04) for use on the go. My main reason for choosing this model was that it matches well with my current Legion 5 Pro laptop, which thankfully it does. They have basically the same aspect ratio and resolution, with approximately the same screen size, bevel size, matte surface, and color gamut. - The colors did not match at first, I had to adjust them using the OSD settings, but after a bit of trial and error, I managed to get a set of values for each monitor that gets them close enough to the laptop screen; - After applying adjustments, the colors look good, not as good as the ones on my Dell monitors, but very close to the ones on my laptop screen. As far as I can tell, they seem to truly be 100% sRGB IPS panels with 178 viewing angles; - The OSD works well, the buttons are decent, but it takes a bit of time getting used to them. It does not provide that many adjustment options, but what it provides is more than enough for me. I am using Twinkle Tray to control the Brightness and Contrast from Windows anyway; - I like the included flip cover, it is of decent quality without being a fingerprint magnet, and works well at supporting the monitor when in use or protecting it from scratches when in storage; - Both my monitors have a tiny 0.5-0.7mm gap between the top plastic bevel and the metal frame. This seems to be caused by a manufacturing error, as there is something inside that pushes the frame to bulge a bit in that area. It doesn't bother me that much, I am mentioning it because it is something I noticed in hopes they will be able to fix this in future models; - I am able to power and use both my monitors using only the included Type-C cables, but keep in mind that if you want Max Brightness, you need to power them using the included 20W adapter. This makes sense, as there is a limited amount of power that a USB-C port/cable can deliver in parallel with a video signal; - The included power adapters do not support PPS, they can only output 5V-3A, 9V-2.22A, 12V-1.66A, so you are limited in their use. However, I tested my Google GA03502-EU 30W charger and a different USB-C cable and was able to power them without issues; - The included cables are good, but I find them a bit too thick and hard to bend/handle. I recommend including some USB-C/HDMI-D U-shaped adapters with your order, as they will come in handy when managing cables. I will also be ordering a set of L-shaped adapters from a local shop to help with this; Overall, apart from a few suggestions for improvements, I am satisfied with my purchase and will definitely recommend these to other people.
