I encountered an exceptionally positive and helpful attitude from the customer services team. I made an error when placing an order, which they promptly and very courteously helped me to rectify. The whole experience was a breath of fresh air and I would heartily recommend.

I ordered the GR19BU, UPERFECT's 19" 4K portable monitor, together with their HDMI and USB-C 180° angled adapters. The quality of the monitor is very good. It feels sturdy, uses good materials, has very thin bezels, and most importantly, it's a BIG portable monitor. I previously owned a 16" portable monitor and initially thought, "Three inches can't make that much of a difference." It did. Substantially. Unfortunately, I ran into some intermittent wake/connection issues. After I described the problem and provided evidence, UPERFECT sent me another GR19BU at no additional cost. The replacement was better, although I still experienced some wake/connection issues, so I continued documenting and troubleshooting the problem with them. UPERFECT eventually gave me the choice of returning the monitor for a refund or keeping it with a 20% partial refund on the monitor. I chose to keep the GR19BU because, honestly, there isn't another portable monitor on the current market that comes close for what I want. 4K, 144 Hz and 19 inches — that's worth it to me. I cannot overstate how professional and kind UPERFECT were throughout the troubleshooting process. By the end, we had been emailing back and forth for around two months. Yet they remained helpful, kept offering alternatives and were consistently understanding. I genuinely felt well taken care of as a customer. The only reason I'm giving 4/5 stars instead of 5/5 is because of the issues I experienced with the monitor itself. If it weren't for those, I'd give them 6/5 stars if I could. Purchased the 14 inch 120hz portable OLED gaming monitor in June 2026 and loved it, well priced, great quality, stunning clarity/image quality/performance. In short perfect as an external screen for my Legion Go 2 without losing the OLED goodness of the LG 2. Living in Oceania and purchasing directly from Uperfects global site my greatest concern was after sales service should I have problems with the panel. Positive reviews and a competitive price structure encouraged my purchase and the monitor was as impressive as reviews had indicated. I was very pleased. In September 2026 the panel failed to power on, dead as a Dodo so to speak. After exhausting all my own trouble shooting efforts I reached out to Uperfect on a Sunday. After an instant automated response saying as it was the weekend customer service would get back to me in all honesty I expected a drawn out process of unhelpful standard email run around leading to a 50/50 chance of a satisfactory conclusion. However where Uperfect excelled and blew me away was after a very rapid, helpful and courteous followup requesting a few diagnostic steps by Tuesday (2 days later) Uperfect confirmed that a new panel was on its way for replacement and provided tracking details. The monitor arrived promptly and although it appears to be a slightly different model number (the panel is 2mm thicker at its thinest point) the specs and performance are identical. In summary. Great quality, well priced, exceptional after sales experience. A big shout out to Cleudia who provided a world class experience. Thank you.

I've bought 2 monitors from their Ebay shop. With the first one, there were some problems, customer support was helpful and gave me a partial refund. Second monitor is just fantastic! It's the GR185BF. Great colors, no glare from other light sources due to the antireflective coating and best viewing angle stability. I've immediately noticed that's a high quality product and much better than you may expect for that price. Best thing that it run 5 hours (!) plugged into my Iniu P62 (20 000 mAh) with brightness at 50% which is fine indoors. Would absolutely recommend it! Thanks Uperfect, will buy again from you!
