The products themselves are excellent, but the service was unacceptable. I waited eleven weeks and several items never arrived. There was no proactive communication at any point and I had to follow up every update myself. Strong products cannot compensate for such poor customer service. I would not order here again.

I ordered a portable monitor. Delivery was smooth and even ahead of the estimated delivery time. Unfortunately, I then discovered that the monitor doesn't have a touch function. Although the model is called Umax22 Touch, there are confusingly two versions: a touch and a non-touch version. I missed this when ordering and ordered the non-touch version, believing I was getting a touchscreen monitor. Even though the name is misleading, I did order a non-touch monitor. Normally, this would mean I could return the device at my own expense (the product is flawless, but I don't like it). However, customer service always responded promptly, and together we were able to find a solution that went well beyond the standard return policy.

Ho acquistato un monitor per utilizzarlo come schermo secondario nella mia postazione. Dopo quasi un anno di utilizzo posso dire di essere pienamente soddisfatto. Nella confezione sono inclusi: 2 cavi HDMI–mini HDMI, 1 cavo dati/alimentazione Type-C, 1 alimentatore da parete da 20W e una custodia magnetica da viaggio. Devo anche segnalare un malfunzionamento avvenuto di recente: ho contattato l’assistenza e mi hanno risposto subito, guidandomi in tutto il processo di verifica e proponendomi la sostituzione con un modello leggermente superiore al mio. Per venirmi incontro hanno inoltre rimborsato metà delle spese di spedizione per la restituzione del prodotto difettoso. Consiglio quindi questo articolo, e in generale gli altri prodotti della stessa azienda, a chi cerca una soluzione simile alla mia.
