I am happy to be able to retract my negative review of Unsold following an immediate response from Unsold confirming that my Hotel reservation has been cancelled leaving the way open for us to make an alternative reservation. The young lady who contacted me and arranged to cancel our Reservation was very informative and helpful and can only hope that all of the staff at Unsold are as helpful and informative. Thank you Unsold for contacting me and rectifying my perceived problem. Problem was identified as being due to computer email problem.

They do have great deals but unfortunately I didn’t get to try them out. I was planning a trip to the grand canyon and purchased a 3 night stay only to find out that my dates were blacked out. I did email their support team and actually got my refund today so that makes me think they’re legit. The website does look sketchy which is probably why a lot of people think its a scam. It’s stupid how they require you to pay before selecting your dates. They should update their website and provide customer support information on the website as well.

I had a booked once through the site and was not able to make it . The staff at the unsold were very nice and quick to cancel the booking immediately . They are approachable by email very easily which is important

My first booking with Unsold.com was excellent. Great place, easy to book. Amazing price. But I had issues with the second one - the booking page automatically generates my name and details and would not proceed because my name had a hyphen; this hadn't been a problem the first time. Once customer service got back to me (it took a couple of days), the problem was fixed within minutes. The issue seems to be getting through to customer service rather than the actual service - which is excellent.

1) Once you are registered/paid, you are locked in to a specific location. Lots of dates are blocked off. What is available is not 4-5 star. It would be ideal if one can look at different locations given there is nothing available for most dates. 2) the pages do not load. I had to try many days. After many different re-boots & browser changes, two Best Western inns come up for Santa Barbara. I could book the, for the same rate on other websites without paying. 3) There was no four star hotels. 4) I contacted unsold for a full refund, the customer service has pestered me with lengthy emails about how I should keep trying. It merely wants to keep me in. I do not wish to do business. The CS still sent a lengthy email saying I should visit my "own "unique" booking page that we have generated specifically foryou". I clicked on the link it sent in the response email thinking maybe they were offering something better. No, there those 2 Best Western hotels I was seeing before. what a waste of time. Stay away, instead look at other websites where you do not need to pay to take a look at what is available and can book hotels for the same price.

My wife and I just returned from our honeymoon. We stayed at the Waikiki Resort Hotel, booked through Unsold.com. We had to delay our honey moon 3 months and re-schedule twice due to Covid travel restrictions, however, the Unsold customer support team was super helpful and we werent charged any additional costs for rescheduling both times. The hotel was close to the beach and had an open-air lobby which was perfect. The sunsets were breathtaking This was our first ever experience with Unsold and we are very glad of our choice. Would love to recommend this website to everyone.

This review was updated after being unhappy with hotel choices. The customer support was replying to me within hours and talking to me daily and ultimately issued full refund quickly as part of 24x7 satisfaction guarantee. Guess I will always book with them first and either get a deal and if unhappy get a refund. Great response by customer support.

· Me and my wife booked a cancun resort with them , worked out perfect , I am a sceptic, sick of extra fees taxes hidden costs etc , but all in all it worked out great , lucky we are in cancun so we drove around to check out the resorts before we did our final choice , you pick your dates first then once you lock in the dates you are given your hotel choices there was allot for cancun around 8-10 if I recall , great if you preplan not for last minute , worked out amazing and any questions we had they replied quick. Same day . Saved us money and charged in cdn funds so no exchange rates. Hope that helps
