I have been a member of this survey site for 12 years, and a week and a half ago I received a message:"Your membership has been permanently suspended due to suspicious activity, dormancy, or other violation of our Terms and Conditions." I don't know why I am being denied. I have notified them twice asking for assistance and have not received any reply... I enjoyed using their site and am sad I am locked out.

Unlock will not honor my reward points. The only way to reach them is by email which I have been doing. I still cannot redeem my points. They send emails asking for the same information over and over and do not resolve the issue. Taking these surveys is a waste of time if you are trying to earn rewards. What a scam!

As of 06/10/2026, i have received a very favorable response and points have been rewarded for those lost. I greatly appreciate this. I love the surveys in this app and hope to continue on it. Thank you again! Very frustrating! Have had points taken away after added to my account in what they call " reconciliation". No reason given. They said, " we need to maintain our credibility". Have been waiting weeks after filing complaint. No response. Have other surveys i have completed and gotten screwed out of points that has been 16 days with NO RESPONSE". Surveys are usually very interesting (especially their movie/TV show trailers that can be 60 minutes). Support is non existent. First step in "credibility" is responding/fixing problems after complaints.

Until the past 75 days or so, I had a 4 / 5 star experience. When I reached 2500 pts, I tried to redeem ($25). I emailed and was told the fix was scheduled "soon". I completed more surveys, When I reached 5000 pts and redemption failed, I emailed Unlock. A week passed, I emailed a more frustrated note. Unlock has not responded, not fixed the problem and I feel cheated me out of $50 and my time. To regularly remind me of their continued disrespect, I still receive survey invites 2 to 3 x per week

I've been with this company for a long time. They are always reliable. I've learned something yesterday.... I have T-Mobile Internet 5 g. Very good company and some sites they block for some odd reason but I went online with my mobile data and was able to access the rewards.No problems. So if you are having trouble connecting to the rewards... It may be your Internet.

Unlock Surveys which is the newer component of Springboard America survey site is causing me major stress. I cannot redeem my points at all for any Reward. I use Microsoft Edge and when I go to redeem my reward points I get an error code: (The connection for this site is not secure unlock surveys rewards sent an invalid response. ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR) I have sent Unlock survey staff numerous emails and online problem submission forms asking for them to send me a link to redeem my rewards or to tell me what is the problem. They send a standard reply but no solution to my problem. I have over 7000 points on their site and I want to redeem them. The site will let me take surveys and get points, but I have not been able to redeem them for over a month; tried using my smartphone, my laptop and my computer to no avail. Shelby of Bellflower, CA

Had to register to earn a $5 welcome bonus. Put in all my information and site says I earned 5000 points ($5 equivalent) but I need 2500 points to cash out. Total garbage! I closed my browser and reopened the site, and my 5000 points are gone. No contact link on site...being a scam site, why would they. Too stupid...'No contact link on site'. So they act like they're concerned and ask for a service ticket number. Hey, there isn't one because you make sure there aren't any.

The site will not let me cash out my 25.00 to my PayPal. I have just started experiencing this issue and have sent customer service two messages now with no response at all. This is fraud because you're not paying your customers for their services that they spent their time doing. It seems like they just turn off the connection to the rewards all of the sudden so you can't cash out. Very frustrating.
