I have begged support to help me redeem my points I get an error message every time I try to redeem o have sent multiple emails with attachments and have had little to no response I feel scammed out of my time and I feel like this is scam

I initially had a great experience with Unlock Surveys, but then I wrote a very negative review back in May of this year out of frustration because I was not able to redeem my points. I felt that communication with this site was pretty bad. At the time, I added that I would change my review if my problem was ever resolved. I continued to try redeeming every week or so without success, until suddenly, in the middle of July, my points went through! Unlock Surveys has worked well for me since then, and I'm glad that I did not give up. I would be giving them 5 stars, but I still think that communication could be greatly improved. I have no idea how my problem was fixed- if it had anything to do with them or if it resolved just by chance.

Can I put zero Stars zero stars is what I want my review to show you have to earn enough points for $25 to cash out and then it doesn't even let you cash out it's just a complete waste of time it's a scam don't do it there are plenty of legit survey experiences that aren't ripping you off

Everything about this company is unacceptable and misleading flat out lies times to the surveys are off by 60 to 70% if they market for 15 minutes it’s gonna take you an hour and then you’re not gonna get paid on top of that

Signed up w/ this website, kinda forgot about it until got email notice of a $5 bonus if get active. I did so, and this brand is below horrid. I really regret not taking seriously the other 1-star reviews here. Got disqualified twice after almost completing surveys, lot of the "curated surveys" go to BitLabs website which for unknown reason always gives an error message, and most of the few remaining, I never qualified. Never been so insulted. Sent very upset emails to their provided email, and doubtful that will ever get the $25 I'm owed. EDIT Replying to Unlock Survey's reply: My ticket number is 1000358095

As sorry as I am that other folks didn't get paid for their points, at least they got the points for the surveys they took the time to complete. A favorite trick for me was they'd take me (and my time) through the entire survey, and at the very end say "Sorry - We have all the responses we need!" What miserable, chiseling wastes of flesh!

They have a lot of surveys for a good amount of points .I was happy to redeem but says I can’t due to a process verification.I just read reviews and a lot are saying it takes forever to redeem so now I’m disappointed.Who knows how long the process will take.

My experience turned out pretty positive with unlock surveys at the start. I hit the 2500 points, and I did receive my $25 reward. The second time I hit the 2500 points, I emailed Unlock letting them know I still have not received my $25 reward. I Did not receive a response. So today I tried logging in to my account, and it said that I’ve been permanently banned. I sent them another email letting them know I did not receive my $25 and I’d like to know what I did to become permanently banned from their website. I can’t wait to see if they respond. It may have only been $25, but I will not let this go. They are a complete scam.
