Since the end of August, I have waited for the first payout. I still have not had my most recent customer service request (two weeks ago!) addressed. I wonder if this company legitimately pays out.

Still nothing and my account is yet to be reinstated like I said earlier I am starting to feel their company is now scam they will make work and work then when close to withdrawal ban your account not fair at all I worked for it I should be paid I think at this point I have to file a complaint with bureau on your fraudulent company. I have accumulated enough points to cash out on Unlock Surveys for $25, but the website completely restricts me from doing so. Every attempt to redeem my hard-earned rewards results in a technical failure or an unclickable process. I have contacted their support team numerous times since late June regarding this issue, but I have received absolutely no response and the times they do respond, it is unhelpful. It is extremely unfair to have users spend hours upon hours completing surveys under the promise of compensation, only for them to freeze the cash-out process and stop answering emails. Until they fix their redemption system and honor my payout, I strongly advise others to avoid this platform.

I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO USE THIS SITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND NOT GET PAID. CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH THIS SITE IS A DAMN JOKE. YOU COMPLETE SURVEYS GET TO THE END , TEY THANK YOU SAYING YOU COMPLETED THE SURVEY THEN REFUSE TO PAY YOU FOR IT.

I have begged support to help me redeem my points I get an error message every time I try to redeem o have sent multiple emails with attachments and have had little to no response I feel scammed out of my time and I feel like this is scam

Can I put zero Stars zero stars is what I want my review to show you have to earn enough points for $25 to cash out and then it doesn't even let you cash out it's just a complete waste of time it's a scam don't do it there are plenty of legit survey experiences that aren't ripping you off

Everything about this company is unacceptable and misleading flat out lies times to the surveys are off by 60 to 70% if they market for 15 minutes it’s gonna take you an hour and then you’re not gonna get paid on top of that
