They have a lot of surveys for a good…
They have a lot of surveys for a good amount of points .I was happy to redeem but says I can’t due to a process verification.I just read reviews and a lot are saying it takes forever to redeem so now I’m disappointed.Who knows how long the process will take.

Disappointed And Still Waiting To Redeem My Points
I’ve enjoyed taking surveys on UnlockSurveys, but it’s been several days since I reached the payout threshold and I still can’t redeem my points. I’ve contacted support multiple times and haven’t received any reply or update. It’s really discouraging to keep completing surveys with no progress or communication. I hope they fix this soon, but for now, I’m giving a 1-star rating based on my experience. ——————————————————— So an update, October 16. Finally got to redeem my points after the review and even though this happened, I still feel some sentiment about them. Probably took 2 weeks to be able to redeem this payout.

I want to be paid for the focus group that I get online…
I did a focus group online related to a survey I took on this site the online group paid $75 which I was supposed to receive in panel points according to the company that I did the focus group for. They said I should have the points by the end of the week. I haven't gotten them yet. I sent unlocked surveys and email three times and they haven't responded to one of them. I want my money and I think they would have responded by now. I'm adding this to my review as neither the person who responded nor their customer support team read what I wrote because this is not regarding the initial survey. This is in response to the follow-up focus group from the initial survey where I was to receive $75 for doing the focus group the $75 was supposed to be paid through panel points to unlock survey which I can then withdraw. So I was paid for the initial survey but as I stated I was not paid for the focus group and the client from unlock survey who issued the survey and also the focus group advised that we would be paid through panel points through unlocked surveys.

Not good service
I would say they are alright. If you’re ok with dealing with wishy washy people. I’ve cashout a few times but my most recent transaction for $25 to my PayPal. Has not even been sent. They often lies and I’ve seen better survey companies. They don’t respond to their emails either. I need my $25 now - I Have to buy groceries.
