Used these guys multiple times now and I would never use anyone else in the Orlando area. they are always quick, professional and competent. They always took the time to carefully wrap and protect all of my expensive items, and so far not a single scratch during the moving process. I highly recommend them.

The whole team was extremely professional. The speed and care they showed was top-notch. Called same day and had everything within hours. Will recommend to everyone. 5 stars is too little.

The men were on time, were careful with the furniture & packed in the truck carefully. The unloading was done just as carefully. The positioned everything just right in the new location. They did the job really very well & were finished in the timely way. I was very pleased with their work & will call for them the next time I have things to move.

I had submitted a review that was not favorable. I received a call from the owner of the company and at the conclusion of our conversation I was shown so much respect that I had no choice but to change my review and show him some grace. What he did is certainly not heard of in the millennium but I know that he has a great background. Thank you sir for reaching out to me personally.

i wish I read some of the other reviews before doing business with United American Moving and Storage. they are 100% a scam company. I saw they replied to some of the reviews saying that the reviewer weren’t clients or whatever, so in case that happens here, I definitely am reviewing the correct company and I was an actual client. I’ll lay out my entire experience so hopefully someone doesn’t get scammed in the same way they got me. I was planning a move from Idaho to Tennessee. I made the mistake if filling out something online to get a quote from companies. I was overwhelmed with all the people that reached out. I was getting very expensive quotes and so we decided we will do it ourself. then a guy named J**** from United American moving and Storage left me a voicemail saying they have a truck that is already going to be in Idaho delivering a military guy’s belongings and then the truck would be heading back to Florida. rather than go back empty they could deliver my stuff to Tennessee on the way for a much cheaper price than anyone else. he did the math on what it would cost me to do it myself and then said he would have to check with his supervisor to see if they could do it for around the same price. we went through my entire inventory and he gave me a price that was almost what it would cost for me to rent a uhaul and do it all myself. sounded like a good deal so I took him up on it. then a couple weeks before the move another person from the company, R***, emailed asking for measurement of everything not in a box as well as the total number of boxes. I spent a long time trying to be as accurate and diligent as I could. when I gave the numbers about a week before delivery, she said it was now going to be over twice the price. they said I had more than originally estimated. I don’t know how they were that far off so we negotiated on the price a bit and they were able to bring it down some more. surely since I gave them all my measurements, this would be the accurate final price. they estimated 1400 cubic feet. fast forward to moving day. first, they came the day after the day I requested and the driver said he would be there in the morning but it wasn’t until the afternoon. curious, as they said the truck was already going to be in the area delivering the military guy, but the truck driver said they had come from Seattle. so that was another red flag. they had a 2000 cubic feet truck, so surely enough room for the 1400 cubic feet of stuff that R*** had said I had. nope! truck completely full with about $1000 worth of belongings that would not fit on the truck. I literally had to throw some stuff away and give the rest to my neighbors because we were leaving the next morning and had no other option. and the cost was now almost $9K more than what J**** originally quoted!!! and you don’t know that until everything is loaded up and on the truck. so at this point there is no option. I called, I emailed 3 different people from the company, and to no surprise I received no answers or responses. completely ghosted me and now I was stuck with this crappy moving company that had my stuff and was terrible at communication. I told them that we were closing on my house in 7 days and that would be the first delivery date. they called me 2 days later and said they would be delivering it the next day. I said that’s impossible because I don’t own the house yet. they got mad and said I told them I wanted it delivered right away, which was never said to anyone. there were several other communication issues and it was an all around awful experience. I could keep going but hopefully you get the point by now. Do not, by any means, do business with this company. they are scam artists.

I wonder how many of these reviews are actual experience vs fake to balance out the negative. This moving company has an appallingly bad BBB review and after I initially contacted them I did a little research and I think I dodged a serious bullet. Whatever you do, do not give them your cell phone number, I am still being spammed almost daily even though I keep reporting the number as spam. Do not just look towards trust pilot, check BBB as well as Yelp. Do your homework, your precious personal items will thank you for it.

We all know how stressful moving can be, especially when it's to another state in the middle of winter. With three children, a dog, a cat, a four-bedroom house, and my wife and I both working full-time jobs, this was a particularly stressful time for all of us. After speaking to several different moving companies, my wife and I decided on United American Moving and Storage, although I don't even remember why at this point.These guys were not only very punctual, but their communication was spot on throughout the entire process. From booking to driving and contacting me prior to pick up, the customer service was exceptional. Additionally, they showed up and wrapped everything in moving blankets, finished packing boxes for us, and had extra materials on the truck. They treated our move with care and attention, as if it were their own personal belongings.I highly recommend United American Moving and Storage. Thank you for doing such an amazing job and for coming through for us, especially in the eleventh hour.

I hired these guys last minute to move my family and I after another moving company dropped the ball and didn’t show up. These guys were professional they helped us pack and did most of the tedious work so my wife and I were able to focus on our three children and the pets.
