Great customer Service and prompt reply
I would have given them a 5 star but taking one star for a month late delivery of our items. Job taken by united American moving and storage was handed to Carefree Movers who now changed their name as us interstate and rail. CareFree movers are completely disaster in term of communication estimate and planning and professionalism. They did not deliver our items well over the month of the deliver date. We really had hard time talking to customer service people to get the status of items and the when it can be delivered only answer you get from them is you will get the call from driver. Roxy and team from United American moving and Storage helped me day and night to chase my items and we finally got it delivered on time. I would always recommend to check FMSCA website with the company's USDOT number and see if they will be the one picking up the items and look for the review before signing the contract.
