I had a very bad experience with United Rent a Car Tirana. The pickup process was extremely slow, and I had to wait a long time before getting the car. When I finally received it, the car had already run 350,000 km. On the first day, one tyre got punctured. When checked, it was bulging from the inside and unsafe to drive. I was traveling with my little one, so I had to replace it at my own cost. They promised to refund the money, but when I returned the car, they refused, saying tyres were not covered. After a long argument, they finally gave the money back. Very disappointing service. The car was old, unsafe, and poorly maintained. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable rental.

The car you received was fully inspected and in safe driving condition at the time of pick-up. Unfortunately, tire punctures can occur unexpectedly due to road conditions, and as per standard rental terms, they are not typically covered unless caused by a proven mechanical issue. That said, our local team did their best to assist you promptly and even offered a refund for the tire replacement as a gesture of goodwill. We regret that this situation affected your overall impression, but please rest assured that we take all customer concerns seriously and continuously work to improve our services.
