Initially got wrong item, but am glad the Union Hardware team was quick to fix the problem, and even went on to source the item I needed. Thank you guys for being professional. Not even mentioning that they fixed the manufacturer's wrong. They compensated the shortfall caused by the manufacturer .

The follow-up from staff on my placed order was good. The staff at collection area where disengaged and brought the wrong geyser that then took another 20 minutes to sort out . The store in msasa needs a serious facelift.

I was initially doubtful if that my online purchase would be fulfilled (physically) hence my preference to pay for the order in person (I could have paid online). However after visiting your shop I now believe the system work. You may need to improve the system to automatically recall the order (using some reference number) instead of the sales team recapturing the order details again at the shop.

Hi there, Thank you for sharing your honest experience with us! We completely understand initial doubts about online orders — it means a lot that you visited us and now have confidence in our system. We really appreciate your suggestion about improving the order recall process to avoid re-entering details at the shop. That’s great feedback, and we’ll be sure to pass it on to our tech and sales teams for consideration. Thanks again for trusting us, and we look forward to making your next experience even smoother! — The Union Hardware Team
