I received the best service from the Masasa branch, i recently finished my 1st building project. Special mention goes to Edmore & Christabell for being so patient and helpful. Also their pricing is very competitive, the best part is you get quality items without breaking the bank!

My plumber picked up our toilet seat…
My plumber picked up our toilet seat cover that was wrapped up in plastic. He was shown the product before he left. At home 2 miles away he tried to attach the seat only to discover it was cracked. Contacted Union for a replacement approx 2 hours later. They refused on the basis that they checked the cover together with our plumber despite the fact that the crack only becomes apparent when you stretch the seat. I am angry because I had done my renovations on my house over a year and spent nearly USD4K with Union. The seat cost 36us. They have lost me forever.

In this case, the toilet seat cover was checked with your plumber, and we made sure it was in good condition at that point. We completely understand that the crack became noticeable only once the seat was stretched, but it’s challenging for us to determine how the damage may have occurred after the product left the store.
