They dont send my purchase and dont reply my emails. Finally they sent the puzzle 18 days after my purchase

I placed an order on 30th of november and still not shipped. I'm really afraid to not receive it before christmas despite the 5-11 days announced shipping time.

Seems like scam! It's been 14 days and they haven't even sent anything. they send me a track number that it's wrong. They rarely answer and I am trying with 4 different ways (email, facebook, instagram, char from site) and they say nothing at all.... They ensure me more than once that I will have everything before Holidays and they haven't even send anything yet. I asked my money back, I will update soon... You ask for more information, so: Order #78939 Plenty of emails that you already know. I made my order 28 November and then updated at 30 November after I asked for a change. Since then I have zero news (except the wrong tracking).

Hi, I placed an order for two weeks ago but still nothing in the mailbox and no reply on my emails. I placed even a new order after the first one before I read the Trustpilot reviews. The customer service is lousy and no response anymore on my emails... be careful to place an order here... looks like scam to me I'm going to rewrite my Review once I`ve got clarified this. still after days in silence no response from you guys... If you have challenges to full-fill your orders be honest - no response is almost like lying. as promised an update: today (20.12.2021) I got the tracking informations. lets see Update(22.12.21): Both packages has been received. I can check it by myself but will give a feedback in the next coming days. merry xmas. Update: The kids love it and all looks well made. Just work on your customer service and Unidragon could do well.

J'ai eu une confirmation de commande par votre mail commençant par care... sans aucune référence de commande, que j'ai bien payée. Unidragon.eu is basically scam. I ordered 12 days ago 2 puzzles (delivery time was 4 days) It is still not dispatched and the customer service is horrible. They dont even say hello or speak fluently English. Their last reply was only this: "We've checked your order. At the moment, he is waiting for a dispatch." As I need the puzzles next Tuesday it will be too late so I asked for a refund. Stage2: at the moment I got a refund notification at the end. But in my bank account its exactly the opposite. they charged me 2x now... Stage3: at the end they sent me a refund and the 2nd charge was also lifted up. took a month... So they are not a scam, but the customerservice is extremly unprofessional. Facit: sad story, because it could have been a hit product to sell, but I think they were just not able to handle the xmas orders...maybe next year
