I recently got unidragon puzzle from my daughter for a Christmas gift ...enjoyed every second yet I am missing a piece Would love to receive that piece...after sending a photo of the area needed.Im looking forward in buying more.I did report and I'm waiting for your response.

Pros: The puzzles are fantastic fun and make me smile from start to finish. The puzzles can be challenging; the larger the puzzle, the harder it gets. The unique pieces are interesting the way they fit together. Each puzzle has a theme and a lot of the shapes have something to do with that theme. These puzzles make me smile! Cons: Order-to-delivery process is very slow. Be prepared to wait at least a month, sometimes longer. I ordered my last couple puzzles about a month ago and they haven't shipped yet.

I gave this wooden puzzle to my mother for her 89 birthday. She already have a few wooden puzzles in beautiful colors and with special pieces. She is already looking forward to the next one.

I love Unidragon's puzzles and continue ordering from them even with the issues I've encountered. I eventually always got my puzzles even if it took a while, so I really recommend them. You should be aware that their shipment can be problematic but they do address issues if you email them at their care email. Still, I recommend buying their puzzles from Amazon if you can. Unidragon - I'm writing this here to communicate to you because I see that you are responding to reviews. I don't think support emails are escalated well enough. The last package I ordered arrived with 12 pieces out of the 350, even missing the lid. The package is flimsy and there's a hole in it to see the name of the puzzle - but pieces can fall through it. The packages arrive with the plastic tapes cut - I assume by customs. the Mandala ones arrived broken as well. I believe customs break it when they try to see what's inside - there should maybe be some internal package so the pieces don't fall out. Even though the price of shipping is twice as much as Amazon's, they seem to ship with the cheapest FedEx fare, causing the package to get delayed again and again (last one took over 5 weeks), and probably contributing to the banged up shape the package sometimes arrives in. Their shipper doesn't use the same shipment code as the one on their website, so it's impossible to track the package and they also make mistakes in the address (mine almost always get to the wrong city). I love your puzzles and really hope your shipments get better - your reviews here are either 1 or 5 based on whether people are praising the puzzle or complaining about shipment.

I,ve ordered 3 puzzles on december 3th. I was worried about beeing a scam because they never arrived for holidays (as I,ve posted here) But, nevertheles, they finally arrived one month later and they are great. Simple, is absolutely false than they can delivery fast. They cannot. They puzzles are amazing.

Ordered on 1st december a puzzle. Emailed them 1 week after since the order was still viewed as * Order placed * ,was told that there s delay thanks to the holidays .Two weeks have passed , tried to message them on their website , and the response was the same * order delayed thanks to holidays , you will get it before christmas* . I wouldnt be so skeptical if the order was shipped , but somehow it is still in the same state as if ordered today. Edit1: Got a tracking number after 19 days Edit2: Got my order on 21 december . The puzzle is nicely made , and the wooden pieces feel much better than a usual spongy puzzle . Overall experience : 5* for the puzzle , 2-3* for the delivery. What i didnt like about the delivery , was that on the whole waiting period the shipment status didnt update at all despite the order been sent and i wasnt getting any update . Would i order again ? Yes , and hopefully by that time , their delivery/updates on shippment will improve , cause the puzzles are surely worth it . Happy holidays

They dont send my purchase and dont reply my emails. Finally they sent the puzzle 18 days after my purchase

Aunque tarda bastante más de lo que dice en llegar, merece mucho la pena. Tengo casi toda la colección de puzzles y estoy enamorada de ellos. Tanto que algunos los he comprado más de una vez para enmarcarlos (no querría perder la magia de volver a montarlos) o por tener otros tamaños. Me gustaría comprar los más grandes pero siempre cojo la S (unas 100 piezas) porque los otros tamaños son muy caros. Ojalá fueran más baratos. Los tamaños grandes que tengo, tampoco es que valgan el triple del precio pequeño como indica. Es mejor poder darse el gusto de comprar los pequeños para tener varios que comprarse uno grande. Por lo demás genial y calidad muy buena. Aunque he encontrado diferencias en la calidad de imagen entre algunos puzzles. Algunos tienes colores mas vivos y destacados, brillantes, y otros la impresión es como difuminada y arenosa, más apagada. No sé porqué. Espero sea un fallo que arreglaron y no que ha empeorado la imagen. Cuando me he puesto en contacto con atención al cliente, siempre me han respondido rápido y muy bien. Estoy deseando poder comprarme los nuevos que han salido.
