Hello, Beautiful design and no problems at all! I oredered a design in Romania and it arrived in 2 working days. I also emailed the customer support and got relatively fast response (somewhere between 12-24 hours )

amazing puzzles with beautiful designs. there were a few pieces half cut and stuck together but this didnt take away from the challenge or experience. absolutely beautiful and would definitely buy more puzzles.

Placed an order on 8th-Dec. None answers the mails, nor direct messages on helpdesk/facebook/instagram. I have noidea of where is my order. So many customers complaining for same reason and comments are deleted from their social media. Won't buy again. Hope I get my order.

The puzzles from Unidragon are amazing! I received my second puzzles from Unidragon. They are very beautiful, high quality. As a gift they are great! To hold the box of treasures in one hand is a pure tactile pleasure! Everything is thought out in detail, the presentation - at the highest level! Delivery, yes, was a little delayed. But we should remember that in pre-holiday time there is always a big rush and gifts should be bought in advance or just wait patiently, everything will come :) Thanks for the quality product!!!

I'm still wainting for order #78167 made on 27th November. No answer from support mail, online chat or social contacts. It's really annoying try to talk someone that don't respond. I will change my rate if someone give me some information.

We are thrilled to get the product, we have ordered Lovely Tiger and Charming Owl, both are pretty nice and artistic, love it.

They sent my package to the billing address rather than the address I designated for it as a gift. When contacted, they responded that they’re sorry and I should get in touch with the shipper. Terrible all around. Will be cancelling payment on my credit card and recommending no one use this company.
