Excitement turned to disappointment I placed a large order on December 6 in hopes that the gifts would arrive within the promised 14 days so I could give them out as gifts for Christmas. They STILL have not shipped and I STILL haven't received a solid expectation of when that might be beyond "We expect to send it in the nearest future." This means nothing and does not count as a commitment. I am very seriously considering seeking a refund, but it sounds like this would be a fruitless pursuit after reading other reviews. Unidragon, please offer a transparent explanation because there are MANY dissatisfied customers for what otherwise seems like a fantastic product. Review will be updated whether this is resolved in a fair way or if the conclusion is more negative. 12-06-21 | Order Placed 12-16-21 | Replied to e-mail with inquiry (NO RESPONSE) 12-20-21 | Sent a new e-mail to Unidragon, reached out on Facebook, reached out on Instagram 12-21-21 | Unidragon responded. E-MAIL: Hello, we are sorry, there is little delay because of Christmas and new Year. We do everything to send your order ASAP. You will get everything before holidays. FB: Hello! Don't worry, the package will arrive before the holidays. As compensation for the waiting time, we can offer you loyalty points or a size S puzzle as a gift. IG: Unidragon asked for e-mail and country and then did not respond further. 12-24-21 | Reached out again on FB & IG 12-25-21 | They responded with apologies, citing "big demand" before the holidays. The order still has not shipped. 12-27-21 | With no updates or any commitments beyond "We expect to send it in the nearest future." I am sending another inquiry via FB, IG & e-mail to get a solid shipment date before seeking other means to recoup my cost.

These are the best, most unique and fun puzzles I’ve ever done. I’m an adult, and don’t have a love for puzzles, but I have a love for THESE puzzles! I’ve purchased 3 and have them all hanging in my office (after gluing them). I love that the lid turns into a display picture. I love the shapes, and how fun they fit together! Worth every penny.

Amazingly beautiful puzzle. We purchased the 4-part Quezzle to work on together while our family visits over the holidays. We love the wooden pieces, great quality, really gorgeous puzzle with clever features not found in other puzzles. Beautiful packaging too. Will definitely purchase more puzzles from them.

Awful experience - made my order on the 27th of November and still didn't receive my Xmas gifts (23.12). I feel like it's a Scam but reading the other comments maybe it's not and simply they couldn't manage the orders. I'll change my review if something changes.
